To ensure a pleasant dining experience for all our guests, please review our Restaurant Dining Policies. These terms cover service charges, food safety, and our commitment to maintaining a respectful family-friendly atmosphere.

General Dining Policies

Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime with or without a reason. Customers abusing employees or other guests will be asked to leave.
No Outside Food or Drinks Strictly NO outside food or beverages allowed. Please respect our business policy.
Seating Policy I ♥ Sushi operates on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations accepted.
Mobile Etiquette Please be courteous to others by NOT using speakerphone, FaceTime, or playing videos with sound in the dining area.
Personal Belongings We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items on company premises.

Payment & Service Charges

Service Charge (Gratuity) An automatic service charge will be added for large parties:
• Party of 8 or more: 18%
• Party of 12 or more: 20%
Payment Methods Sales tax will be added to all transactions. No business or personal checks accepted.
Credit Card Fee There will be a $0.50 charge on all credit card transactions for orders less than $10.00.
Refund Policy We will NOT cancel, refund, or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after preparation. Refunds are not provided for food that a guest simply does not like.
Menu Changes We reserve the right to change special promotions, menu items, and prices at any time without prior notice.

Health & Safety Notices

Food Allergy Notice Please be advised that food prepared here may contain these ingredients: Milk, Wheat, Eggs, Soybeans, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, and Shellfish. Please inform your server of any allergies before ordering.

Alcohol Policy Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests 21+. No ID, No Sale. Please drink responsibly.

Chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproduction harm may be present in the food or beverages sold here. Security Notice For your protection, the premises are being recorded by CCTV. Recordings may be released to law enforcement if necessary.
